Whether you're new to yoga altogether or just new to Zen Life, here is some tips to help you find your feet on this beautiful journey with us.

* NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE CAN I STILL COME?
If it’s your first time practising yoga, we suggest you attend at least one Foundation Flow class first.
We recommend that you feel competent in a Mindful Flow class prior to attending a Power Flow. Or you can try a Power Class if you are up for a challenge.
* BEFORE YOU TURN UP FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS?
Take a look at class times, arrive 10-15 minutes before hand so you have enough time to meet your teacher and sign in.
* WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
A bottle of water.
Courageous attitude and your smile.
* WHAT DO I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing that you can move and sweat in.
We practice in bare feet so please leave shoes at the studio entrance.
*YOGA ROOM ETIQUETTE?
Turn your phone on silent.
Only bring yourself, your towel, and your water bottle onto your mat.
Position your mat in the middle of the room so there are students all around to help guide you if you get lost.
Grab a block and a strap you can borrow these for free.
Respect your body; work within your limits and rest whenever you need.
* WHAT TO DO / EXPECT AFTER CLASS?
If you have any questions feel free to have a chat with your teacher on your way out? They'll be more than happy to help.
Make sure you drink enough water - 1 litre after practice is a good guide.
You may have some muscular fatigue or soreness; this should resolve within 48 hours.
* CAN I DO YOGA WHEN I'M PREGNANT?
Always check with your doctor in advance and let your teacher know you're pregnant so they can help you modify poses as necessary. Yin yoga is not suitable for at least 3 months after given birth.
